The South Saskatchewan River Watershed Advisory Committees has released its draft Source Water Protection plan. You can read it at:

The Watershed Advisory Committee is following up with public consultations-see dates below.

Citizens concerned about our rivers and with water management in the South Sask. River basin are encouraged to attend these consultations and to comment on the draft Watershed Protection Plan. Citizens can also send in written comments. The release of this draft Plan is a key opportunity for citizens to provide in-person or written direction regarding how we want our water managed and protected.
