Saskatchewan schools should be more responsive to local communities, and deserve locally elected school councils that have the resources to support local school priorities and initiatives.

Under an effective “Quality Saskatchewan Program” citizens will decide what will make theirs a better community worthy of the “Quality Saskatchewan” designation.
