Dear Green Party Members and Supporters,
It is the time of year to start thinking about our Annual General Meeting. We will once again be electing the executive members and voting on resolutions. Please consider being a part of this integral part of the Green Party Saskatchewan. Like last year, both resolutions (via a Bonser ballot) and executive positions will be voted on by mail-in ballot before the AGM. For more Information about the resolution bonser ballot procedure and executive elections please refer to the attached information sheet.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM will be held in Saskatoon on May 14, 2011. Details about the venue, speakers, and agenda will be announced soon.
If you live in Saskatoon, please consider volunteering to join the planning committee – we need help finding speakers, organizing candidate training, and planning an evening event/fundraiser. Contact Amber (ajones@greenparty.ca) to help out.
CALL FOR RESOLUTIONS
Resolutions will be accepted until March 14, 2010. Bonser Ballots will be sent out by March 28. Please send resolutions to the Party Secretary (Amber Jones) at ajones@greenparty.ca. Our current policy, constitution and by-laws can be found at www.saskgreen.ca.
CALL FOR EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS
Deputy Leader, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three new Member-at-Large positions are up for election (or re-election). Nominations will be accepted until May 14, 2011. Please send nominations to the Party President (Tobi-Dawne Smith) at saskgreen@puregreenius.ca.
