Dear Green Party Members and Supporters,

It is the time of year to start thinking about our Annual Convention. We will once again be electing the Executive members and voting on resolutions. Please consider being a part of this integral part of the Green Party of Saskatchewan. Both resolutions (via a Bonser ballot) and Executive positions will be voted on by mail-in ballot before the Convention. NOTICE OF ANNUAL CONVENTION

The ANNUAL CONVENTION will be held in Regina, April 28, 2012, at the Glen Elm Church of Christ, 1825 Rothwell St. Additional details about the venue, speakers, and agenda will be announced soon.

CALL FOR RESOLUTIONS

Resolutions must be received by February 28, 2012. Bonser Ballots will be sent out by March 13. Please send resolutions to the Party Secretary, Mike Wright, at secretary@saskgreen.ca .  Our current policy, constitution and by-laws can be found at www.saskgreen.ca

CALL FOR EXECUTIVE NOMINATIONS

All Executive positions are up for election (or re-election). Nominations must be submitted in writing, must be signed by 3 members, and must be received by February 28, 2012. Please use the nomination form available at saskgreen.ca/GPS/docs/2012/GPS_2012_Exec_Nomination_Form.pdf .  Send nominations to the Party President, Tobi-Dawne Smith, at president@saskgreen.ca
